Because today is Valentine's Day I searched for Valentine's Day cartoons and came across a cartoon that seemed to be a Valentine's Day Special starring the characters from the comic The Family Circus and when I saw it I was impressed with this cartoon and it was really cute. It appears that this Valentine's Day cartoon is from the 80's and was released on video and seemed to be a start for a cartoon series of The Family Circus

The special is from 1978 and was the first of the Family Circus specials. It originally debuted on network television and was re-run for years, up until the late 90s. Theres also the Christmas special from '79 and the Easter special from '82.

I loved the Family circus comic !!:) It was always one of my favorites when I used to get the newspaper ! ;) I didn't know they had a Valentines special ! I would love to see it ! Family Circus is adorable!!! :)
