I have been screwed only once so far. I made some He-man episodes in exchange for some A-team episodes. I sent him the He-man and I never got the tape he promised me!

There are some who all they do is post what they have on a continuous basis , never responding to e mails, and some who post what they want and they don't respond . Makes you wonder how anyone does any trading here. BTW, the best people to trade with are females. At least they don't play games.

There are actually too many to list, so I'll leave it there. I've only set up tape trades with 2 people on this board, and I got ripped off for tapes and a little money both times. I almost never even consider trading anymore. Most people will tell you it's not the money, it hurts their feelings to be treated that way.
The best way Ive worked stuff out is to stay away from people who call themself tape traders and look for people online who've never even heard of it. When I used to sell on ebay, I met several people from Los Angeles and one of them was thrilled to record some 21 Jump Street for me, in exchange for some old soap opera tapes. She is one of the nicest lil' peeps Ive met and she made time for me, shipping regularly, and never did anything to upset me or rip me off.
She ruled.

I can answer that. There was a show on, I think in the 60s, with an all chimp cast called Lancelot Link. I used to watch reruns of it on Nickelodeon when I was a kid.
