me my mom & dad just going to stay home & relax!! my brother went with his wife to alabama they should be back tuesday!! is any one doing any thing special for labor day? is any one off work for labor day? is any one going to any cook outs on labor day?

I am planning on staying and hiding in my bedroom. Labor Day around my area is a mad house. Everywhere (the beaches, the freeways, etc.) are going to be HORRIBLE:eek:

I have to work today, but it should be a lite day, I hope. I hope you all enjoy your day off. :wave:

I haven't heard from my sister, my brother has to work, and I dunno what my dad wants to do.

This to me is the WORST Labor Day I ever had! My mom has been dead for almost a year, I tried to get my friends to go to Summer events...but failed for the 5th time, and since I'm carless... I couldn't go out this weekend!

Grill out for supper.

My parents already left for Maine.

I have a short workday too this afternoon. My Husband's off today, so we will be going out for dinner after I get off work.:)

In the meantime, I'm catching some of the Welcome back Kotter marathon on Antenna!:)

I'm going to stay at home. Maybe go to the carry out later, but that's about it.

To me, this is the worst Labor Day I ever had.

We spent Labor Day afternoon with my Aunt Kay at her nursing home
in Fayetteville, Tennessee.

We just had a cookout really,nothing special........

We went to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri for several days over the Labor Day weekend. My husband did some fishing and we hiked some trails and visited a couple of nearby towns. It was nice to get away for awhile.
