This week was the straw that broke the camel's back! I have had it of being ****ed-over at my own church, I'm their best custodian they have though I'm not as good as expected. My boss chewed me out because his boss, our new pastor, wasn't happy the way the church is.

My church is urban...my pastor is suburban, my boss is suburban... I act VERY urban! If they fire me, then **** 'em! I'll burn that bridge from the church and go elsewhere! But even without a job lead... I may still plan on resigning this Christmas!

End the worst year ever on a low note!

Thanks for the advice...I'll see how this week goes, my boss shouldn't get worried about small things. When he saw decorations on a table where we have food, he asked "how can people serve food"? Well...it worked!

I feel 2017 will be just as tough if not...more so...
