It was a holiday hit in 1992 for Amy Grant who wrote the song with Chris Eaton and then it seems like every singer and group seems to sing it on their Christmas cds. Breath Of Heaven is also nicknamed Mary's Song. What is the song actually about and what's the history behind it? Breath Of Heaven is a truly enchanting Christmas song and it really impressed me when I first listened to it
