Wasn't the purpose of him taking his boss to court was for him to win the case? And who was he going to be embarassed in front of in the courtroom if he allowed Furley to say he was gay? The judge? her lawyer?

It couldn't have been his boss because he wasn't attracted to her no way and Larry and Janet knew he wasn't gay so I didn't understand why he stopped Furley from saying he was gay:lol:

I guess he felt funny about the idea of anyone thinking that he was gay.

But it would have all made sense to the judge and he would have won:lol:

I can see your point. Maybe he would have just been to embarrassed.

Weren't there other people in the courtroom besides the judge and lawyers? I can't remember but I think there were some other onlookers....maybe Jack didn't want it to be known "publicly."

(I know it was all in fun, but Jack should have won that case. Whether he was gay or not should not have even factored into it.)

I can't remember if he was fighting to get his job back because it didn't make sense to do all that for a small ass diner. Lol. That diner looked like a corner store

I can't remember if he was fighting for his job or for damages/wages lost, etc....either way he should've won to set an example (so she wouldn't do it again). You're right, though, the diner itself was small potatoes.
