Vilmos Zsigmond was one of the best known cinematographers in the world. He not only worked with Spielberg, but Woody Allen, John Boorman on Deliverance, Brian De Palma, Robert Altman, and won an Oscar for Close Encounters. He was lifelong friends with Laszlo Kovacs, another legendary Hungarian cinematographer.

Hasekll Wexler, another famous cinematographer, died last week. Wexler won two Academy Awards.

Pat Harrington, Jr., who played building superintendent Dwayne Schneider on One Day at a Time, has died; No 87th birthday. Harrington had Alzheimer's disease and recently had been hospitalized after a fall. (August 16, 1929 - January 6, 2016).

Dan Haggerty. I know most of you don't know of Dan but I loved him in the Grizzly Adams series and movies. He died yesterday at the age of 74. I met him a few years ago and he was so sweet and such a people person. R.I.P. Dan!

I just heard about this super sad story on 22-year-old singer Christina Grimmie who was killed by a deranged fan as she signed autographs for fans after performing.

She rose to fame on YouTube and was a contestant on Season 6 of "The Voice" where she placed 3rd.

OMG! I didn't hear about Gene Wilder dying. That is so sad. He will always be remembered as the guy in your picture, Willy Wonka. And although the Waco Kid was fast, I guess he wasn't fast enough to beat the inevitable. I will miss you Gene. R.I.P.

P.S. I am going to miss allot of these people. Gary Marshall, Dan Haggerty. But I guess we will be joining them one day. And it's so sad about Christina, who was murdered by a nutcase, Kevin James Loibl, not a fan.
