It certainly is NOT for me. I am leaning more towards the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy when it comes to this subject. If I love a woman and have built a world with her; I am not going to trash it because of an occasional indiscretion. How hard would it be to replace someone who I get along with so well that we built a life together? Extremely hard. As long as she didn't love him and it was not a long-term thing, I can work on making our relationship into something lasting and an asset for BOTH of us.

I would NEVER forgive the sick and twisted senerio you are describing but I would consider forgiving two or three indiscretions that meant sex and sex only. Nothing on-going or involved other than the natural all too human need for sexual gratification.

if you want to have an open relationship that is one thing, but if you can't be honest about it you are definitely doing something wrong and perhaps you should reevaluate why you are even together in the first place.

Deal breaker. A relationship is built on trust, if your partner is having to sneak around behind your back to get sexual gratification- then there is no trust, and obviously there is a problem in the bedroom.
