Julie did look good when she was dancing. So she's very skinny and kinda different looking, but I think she was very attractive in her own way. If I was a guy, I'd be interested in her.... not her MOTHER! :lol:

The thing was the boy was there to take Julie out on a date. They were going to a concert. That was the plan! Not to stay in with her Mom and mom's boyfriend! :mad:

It would be different if Julie asked him over to a family party at her apartment. Than it would be Ok to have a dance or two with the Mom, if it wasn't a slow romantic dance, and that is only if he already had danced a few dances with Julie which he didn't! So it was rude of him and Ann, a shame for Julie ( and David too)! And only one pizza, that wasn't enough for 4 people!!!! :mad: So therefore Ann and the boy weren't acting appropriately! :(

Still, Ann should have ignored the flattery and resisted him. They BOTH insulted Julie.

Yeah but, he had left already! Than David was offering the ice cream upstairs. Ann declined and just Julie went. Than Robby comes back after purposely leaving his jacket so he could get to see Ann again.:D Julie and David come back down and run into him leaving the apartment!:eek: So wouldn't they be like What the h*ll are you doing back?:mad: And think something might have actually went on with him and Ann? But yeah that was one of the highlights when I started watching the show, Ann's dancing

Ann seemed more attractive with longer hair. I know I'm wrong in saying this but I dont think Ann was at fault. I mean Julie has always somewhat of a flake when it comes to herself, i.e, joining a convent, running away with Chuck, marrying somebody else etc.

Ann had it gping on with her doing the hustle. Bonnie Franklin was a dancer in real life and her skills showed in that episode.
