Did anyone else run into this problem? I ordered S2 Marcus Welby from Amazon and the set contains two of disc four and is missing disc six. Unfortunately, this was a Christmas gift that we ordered early in 2014 and didn't open for obvious reasons but when the gift recipient opened it at Christmas he discovered a missing disc six and two disc fours! We tried to return it to Amazon but was told it was too late to do so. :(

UPDATE: Kudos to Shout! Factory. They replaced disc 6 free of charge to me. I contacted their customer service and they ordered a new disc for me and mailed it right to my home. I've always been pleased with Shout! Factory and this just reinforces my positive opinion. :D
