Yeah, I mentioned that quote in the "UM's funniest lines" thread. It even rhymes. It's right up there with another line from this segment: "I thought I was livin' with a bunch of flakes."

hahahah. I still think the funniest part of that segment is when Alan is sitting in bed and he puts a piece of popcorn in his mouth and then she "snaps", and from outside the door, you hear Alan (in disbelief) just laughing his ass off. It made me laugh my ass off along with him...

That segment was a quote goldmine. Here are some of my faves, starting with this exchange between David and Sandra:

He must of with a lot of them-the lucky rock, lucky choir, aphrodisiacs, rain boy, the woman projecting gold stuff out of her eyes etc.

When Stack said "the place began to smell to high heaven." my first reaction was that somebody in the house had a serious case of B.O.

On a serious matter, what do you all think causes the "smell of a burned out motor" in some of these supposed haunting locations?

Electrical faults, something in the garage?

I can remember years back this horrible smell of somebody burning fish in the house-nobody could work out what it was but it always seemed to happen when the shower got switched on. Worked out the shower switch had a problem-likely a family member had whacked it with an amp they had left for safekeeping while they were away & there was some melting inside creating the smell.

The fact that Alan Mann looks so much like Craig from Malcolm in the Middle only adds to the hilarity of this segment.

Again, I can't believe I was scared of this segment as a kid. God, I must have been the wussiest kid ever.

Did you see that episode where Craig was an annoying houseguest at their house that stayed and stayed? I could totally see Alan Mann doing that.

I have an entire set of this show, but need to get the Joker upgrade someday.
