Irehtman, how many times I gotta tell you that if Dan Snyder was replaced, it's not gonna make them a better team. Dan isn't the problem why the team sucks. Their offensive line and defense sucks. I don't like Gruden benching Robert Griffin because Colt McCoy is no better as you can see from the last 2 games. They got shut out yesterday by the Rams 24-0 at home LOL. Before that, they got spanked by the Colts 49-27 LOL. I don't like how the Redskins treat black quarterbacks because look at how they got rid of Doug Williams and Jason Campbell. Doug won them a super bowl and look at how they did him. If they get rid of Robert, nothing is gonna change. If he does leave, I hope he has success somewhere else. Everything was all good when the Redskins won their division 2 years ago and they made the playoffs. Everybody in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC was loving Robert Griffin then. But now that the team sucks, Redskins fans don't like him and they want him gone.

Any type of owner should never act erratic on earn money in hurry, otherwise their employees, player, coaches and etc will never feel relieve and they will mess up rather than succeed.

How do you know the Browns owner has some technique skills? The Browns have been a bad team for a very long time ever since I was a kid in the 80's. At least the Redskins won some championships in the 80's and they've made the playoffs several times in the 90's and this decade. The Browns have been to the playoffs several times but it's been a long time since they've been to the playoffs consistently this decade. I don't even remember if they made the playoffs in the 90's. I heard they won a championship when Jim Brown played for them in the 50's or 60's LOL. Irehtman, you're ******** because your comments about Dan Snyder makes no sense at all. How do you know Robert Griffin is the highest paid player on the team? I wish people would stop saying bad things about Robert and talking about the Redskins need to get rid of him. He had some success with the Redskins a few years ago when they won their division and made the playoffs. He isn't the problem. They're just having a bad year this season. They might do better next year but their defense and offense needs to play better next year.
