So he gets furious at the class, I can't remember why and starts yelling. I try so hard not to laugh but end up having to bury my head to the desk uncontrollably laughing at this man with beat red face yelling at the class while pointing with a look of rage.

It beat Cheers, Frasier, & Married with Children. And I guess the Jeffersons (it had a truncated first season but it still counts).

It's amazing if you view the first season or two (primarily the first) of Two & a Half Men - the tone is markedly different. Charlie is still Charlie but toned down about 23 notches. I don't know if it didn't do well or they figured they could do better if they turned it up to 11.
