I love Chinese f old too, but outside of the steamed stuff it makes my blood sugar skyrocket. I really need to get out and exercise. When I exercise my blood sugar is always much lower.

I need to take a thirty minute walk every day and other stuff because of my heart condition. Because of the pandemic, I now have to take my walk in the house. I just set the timer and walk back and forth in the kitchen. My cat stares at me like I'm crazy! :lol:

No pickups or deliveries! :( I've ordered from the pizza parlor tonight. I'm gonna have an eggplant stromboli and some French fries. Wednesday, I get a direct deposit, so I'm gonna order breakfast from the deli, egg white omelette w/ tomatoes & mushrooms. YUM! Also home fries and toast. For dinner, I will get some Indian food from the curry place (closest food to Chinese I can get.) I'm ordering the curry vegetable platter, basmatti rice, salad and garlic naan. I love Indian food.

I like Indian food too, but it’s too cabby, so I rarely have it.

I gave up eating red meat and fast food and drinking regular sodas a year ago, but right now I am craving In N Out Burger with a large Coke Cola. A large sugary Coke sounds like heaven right now with salty In N Out fries and their #2 burger.
