I think not. You can go around and tell your neighbors that you're having a rent party and some might offer money for refreshments and some might just bring food. They could had 4 or 5 families fry up some chicken and buy punch, napkins and chips. I'm pretty sure chicken, punch, chips and napkins doesn't even come close to Wanda's rent amount.

And if willona couldn't help her why run her mouth about Wanda being behind in her rent and getting her lights cut off?
