found this info looking for another UM story - I was searching for any update on 1 of my favorite Lost Love WW 2 stories: Helen from Czechoslovkia(?) who saw an american plane go down and hid them until her stepmother turned her in but before that contatced the underground - hoped that one would be solved:(


so from what I remember from the UM story is that his family gave him away to hide him, but he was found less than a year later and survived about 4 years in those horrific camps and when he was liberated a tank soilder gave him food and an american flag.
