1. Ill be in the boondocks in N.E. Georgia Visiting Cousins, there won't be any stores to go to within a 50 mile radius.
2. Nothing I've seen in the flyers I previewed turns me on. I either have it or it just not my cup of tea.
And the Big One:
Corporate Greed has RUINEDIt.:angryfire
I used to look forward to this day as much as Thanksgiving and Christmas. On Thanksgiving I'd look at all the flyers, then plotted my "Attack" a number of years JC Penney Wast the first (I'd get the snowglobe they used to give away, I'd then hit the other stores (Including Best Buy, Target Circuit (when they were still open) and then go to Sam's Club and partake the Free Breakfast they offered. I even got a kick when two years ago the stores had "Midnight Madness. I jokingly called it "The National Day of INSANITY" because this was the one day where you could see people doing things that any other day of the year nobody in their right mind would even think about doing any other time of the year. But unfortunately It has gotten out WAY out of hand. It just isn't fun anymore, with more stores opening on Thanksgiving every day. JC Penney no longer gives away Snowglobes.::( What I missed out on getting a "Hot" item for pennies on the dollars? relax, in a few months it will likely be in the same store's "Bargain Bin". And with that I wish all of you a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving. :turkey:
