View Full Version : STEP BY STEP IS BACK!! MONDAY-FRIDAY 7PM ON THE HUB Blackout 10-06-2013, 09:46 PM wahoooooo Blackout 10-07-2013, 07:14 PM going to start taping them on VCR incase it never gets released on DVD Ryan Chamberlain 10-07-2013, 07:35 PM They play the full theme song! Not the syndicated one!!! It's been forever since I heard the full theme (since I was a kid!) This is refreshing. I'm so happy they put this show on. Lorimar Television 10-08-2013, 12:53 AM They play the full theme song! Not the syndicated one!!! It's been forever since I heard the full theme (since I was a kid!) This is refreshing. I'm so happy they put this show on. ABC Family used the full theme when it ran Step by Step from the early 2000s to 2010. Ryan Chamberlain 10-08-2013, 09:38 PM I don't think they used the full season one theme. I only watched like a few episodes from season 1 on there though. And, that was years ago. I want The Hub to get Full House now. So, they can air the original theme to that. (clouds as mean as you've ever seen...ain't a bird that knows your tune.) Lorimar Television 10-09-2013, 12:07 AM I don't think they used the full season one theme. I only watched like a few episodes from season 1 on there though. And, that was years ago. Yes they did, I watched every ep on abc family and they used the full theme for every season. :) They did edit scenes out and never showed the ending theme/ tag scene though. Ryan Chamberlain 10-09-2013, 10:00 AM Thanks for letting me know. And, hopefully we'll get tag scenes for seasons 2-7 on the Hub as they do show the season 1 closing in full. :) Blackout 10-09-2013, 10:25 PM Yes they did, I watched every ep on abc family and they used the full theme for every season. :) They did edit scenes out and never showed the ending theme/ tag scene though. Nick has it and they play the theme songs Lorimar Television 10-10-2013, 12:56 PM Nick has it and they play the theme songs Nick has step by step? Mace Dolex 10-11-2013, 04:25 PM I haven't seen the show since it went off in the 90's and even though it's by the same people that produced Full House and Family Matters it's not as sappy as those shows. So far I remember a few episodes being funny and I can't wait to see the later seasons when Christine Lakin started to blossom. :p I'm not familiar with how edited the episodes are but I clearly remember a scene missing from the pilot episode when the Lambert's are moving in and Al goes to the girls bedroom that she'll be sharing making a funny comment. Hmmm, the pilot was a syndicated print on the hub but the tv favorite dvd set featured the unedited pilot but there was no scene of her in the girl's room. I know it's unedited too because abc family edited different scenes out than the hub syndicated episodes but neither featured a scene at the barbecue when the families first meet where Ivy complains about eating outside because she gets bugs in her teeth. Penny asks why she doesn't chew with her mouth closed and Ivy tells her to talk with her mouth closed. OH Nuts! 10-12-2013, 01:19 PM Wished I got Hub but I don't. So I'll have to settle with the eps some generous souls have left on You Tube. Also found a sampler DVD with 6 STS eps a while back. Fun show & love the cast. Mace Dolex 10-22-2013, 04:29 PM Hmmm, the pilot was a syndicated print on the hub but the tv favorite dvd set featured the unedited pilot but there was no scene of her in the girl's room. I remember that scene clearly don't know why it sticks out maybe it was one of those clips used to promote the series during those ABC Fall Preview specials. Ryan Chamberlain 10-22-2013, 07:38 PM I seriously cannot believe it took this fast to get to Season 2. More Code-Man! YEAH! tlc38tlc38 10-22-2013, 08:20 PM I'm really glad the ratings are doing well. I hope thy do at least 2 full cycles of the series before they switch the time slot or reduce the airings. Hopefully, they will also add Perfect Strangers! OH Nuts! 10-23-2013, 12:06 AM To those of you who get the channel, enjoy! You lucky ducks! Ryan Chamberlain 10-23-2013, 03:01 AM I hope it stays on for a while. I also hope they show the more riqsue episodes like the one where Al gets her first bra and Mark watches porn (well, tries to) those eps are funny. Also. I hope they add PS too. I love that show. Lorimar Television 10-24-2013, 01:51 PM It looks like it won't be on next according to my tv guide. Atleast Mon- Wed. Hopefully its only for Halloween. They are going to air two halloween eps from the later seasons at 10 either Monday or Tuesday though. Ryan Chamberlain 10-24-2013, 07:25 PM It's likely it's only for Halloween. Because, it's garnering the highest ratings for a sitcom on The Hub. They aren't going to pull it for good. There's no way. They are repeating the season 2 ones from this week at 2am next week. And, on Wednesday night they are playing Something Wild from Season 3 and then another Halloween one. Something Wild is actually one of my favorite eps. Mark's date in it is played by Michelle Williams (The one who was married to Heath Ledger.) spunkygirl 08-21-2014, 09:09 AM Looks like it's not on the Hub Network anymore :( tlc38tlc38 08-22-2014, 10:05 AM Looks like it's not on the Hub Network anymore :( It's still there. Beginning 8/25, it will air Mon.-Thu. at 11pm & 11:30pm. spunkygirl 08-22-2014, 12:39 PM Good! but why the break? tlc38tlc38 08-22-2014, 05:16 PM Good! but why the break? This week was "Bark Week" on The Hub......a ripoff of "Shark Week". |
