Firstly, apologies if this has been brought up before.
So, I have heard people complaining about DVDs being cut, etc. I purchased the complete series set by Bridge Entertainment and I think all of the episodes on it are uncut as scenes that people have mentioned are missing are present on these discs from BE. Scenes such as the two Beckys dancing at the end of Season 8: Episode 1 and Roseanne singing at the end of Season 8's Christmas episode are definitely featured here.
However, BE didn't include any extras, also some episodes have one or two video problems. The Pilot episode is definitely the original as it has a different logo, too!
I do have Anchor Bay's releases of Seasons 1, 5 and 8 and I did notice definite cuts in Seasons 1 and 8, particularly the ones mentioned above.
Since I'm someone who likes extras, I've also purchased AB's releases of Seasons 2 and 3 and also the Region 1 DVDs of Seasons 4-9 from AB.
If anyone can tell me what these other AB releases are like, I'd much appreciate it.
Also, are the Mill Creek DVDs worth picking up?
