Lena was alright with me. She is one of my favorite characters on the show. Liked me some her. Jada Pinkett Smith pulled off that character well. She originally auditioned for the role of the character with AIDS. She did extremely well in the audition but the role was given to Tisha Campbell. Jada was shocked but they decided to create a new character for her being added into the cast of the show.

I gotta be honest, I loved watching her dance in that african number when Whitley found out her family owned slaves. Jada was looking good there. I liked her style on the show. Her second year on the show, she was a bit more mature. I enjoyed her work on the show.
