No idea... it was probably something local that was found, brought to the studio and used for the show.

Unfortunately, TGG aired in the days before the internet was so wide-spread. There wasn't a website for the show that offered decorations and design information from the set.

They did have nice decorations! I especially liked the calendar that hung on the kitchen door!! If you looked really closely, you would notice that most of the time the 1st of the month fell on a Sunday!! :lol:

In one of the episodes Dorothy or one of them answers the phone and talks to someone and there is a better shot of the picture looking straight at it. I don't recall which season or episode.
