View Full Version : The episode when Dan had a heart attack was so believable
TVFactFan 11-14-2012, 06:40 PM because of John Goodman's great acting skills. The way he was laying there in that bed hooked up to a machine really made it seem real.
I will only watch that episode one more time and that's it for life since it's so depressing.
*ROGER* 11-14-2012, 06:56 PM It was sad and depressing that he had the heart attack at Darlene and David's wedding.

I only said the part when he was already at the hospital so I missed most of the episode

I haven't watch it since it originally aired for that reason.

Yeah that is definitely a episode to skip
Brieannas21 11-14-2012, 11:49 PM I didn't find it depressing. The next episode had some comical moments, especially when he returns home and Roseanne finds out that Dan had been cheating on his diet. And after that they win the Lottery and the show goes down hill like a bullet.

When he returns home of course it's not depressing. I;m talking about when he was in the hospital

It was right after Darlene had gotten married and it was during the reception when he had his heart attack. He doesn't pass out or grab his chest or anything. That is when Dan "dies."

What was he doing when he had the heart attack?

He started to feel sick before the wedding I believe, and after the wedding he was sitting down on one the of the benches, Roseanne came up to him talking and he told Roseanne that he wasn't feeling well and that she could call the doc. Roseanne left, Dan got down on his knees and was leaning on the Bench, screen goes to black you hear sirens.

I have to watch both eps over again because I feel asleep on the episode when he returned home.
The last thing I remember is when he returned home Roseanne was throwing all the snacks in the trash

Yeah the first episodes was a good one in season 9. I liked the season finale mainly because Roseanne sums up what really happened from like seasons 4-9

In the beginning of the lottery ep when they were celebrating and Dan was giving Roseanne a piggie back ride and she didn't have anything on top but a brawl:lol:
You would have never seen Cliff and Clair doing that

That is because Roseanne is all about shocking people, and doing what she wants how she wants.
And what is a brawl? Do you mean Bra?
