Zoneboy 10-31-2012, 08:54 PM The Midnight Special was a staple in our home every Friday night. Good selections, Riley but I hate to say that I can't stand "Your Mama Don't Dance." With TED NUGENT, AC/DC, CHEAP TRICK, AND THIN LIZZIE!!!!!  UMFaninMD 11-01-2012, 07:57 PM I'll get flak for this one since it's a disco song, but it's a rarity you have two Black women playing bass and guitar and their live versions were always better than the studio one: uLxlCBYoPV4 And here's my favorite Andy Gibb song. Watch for the off-key note the organist plays during his solo at the end: n4PlHu9ijKo Penny Lane 11-01-2012, 08:12 PM I really don't have a favorite episode. I broke down and ordered the DVD's from the tv infomercial. I haven't regretted it! I love Midnight Special! I guess I like the episodes the best which had Peter Frampton , Fleetwood Mac , and The Doobie Brothers. Oh! So many great episodes! I can't name a favorite! Zoneboy 11-01-2012, 09:10 PM jbMEb1T8CN0 duckie 11-01-2012, 09:25 PM "Rich Girl" "Piano Man" "Reelin' in the Years" "Your Mama Don't Dance" Back when music was music! I agree, the 70s were the best. Four great songs, by the way! Riley Martin 11-01-2012, 09:44 PM 7QLJr4tjw_w LqB9lhHqmsE Another favorite show was "Don Kirshner's Rock Concert" which aired on ABC. AKA 11-01-2012, 09:59 PM I love that Cheap Trick performance! Zoneboy 11-01-2012, 11:24 PM Another favorite show was "Don Kirshner's Rock Concert" which aired on ABC. Loved that one also but it was syndicated. Riley Martin 11-02-2012, 06:45 PM Loved that one also but it was syndicated. I forgot that... I must be confused with "In Concert" which was in the early 90's. MS was on NBC. Riley Martin 11-02-2012, 09:50 PM AvnHSG7vr0c Mainly because it has Gary Mallaber, Steve Miller's drummer from the "Fly Like an Eagle" and Eddie Money's "Two Tickets to Paradise" era. uCacbNlrqYk catlover79 11-12-2012, 04:07 AM RIP Wolfman Jack!!!
