The Bible says it is APPOINTED once to die, which basically means if your number's up it's up. If he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour he is in a much better world.

MrCleveland is talking about being saved in the religious sense, due to the bully's ways when they were kids... Hopefully the bully reformed himself before his untimely death.

i lost a schoolmate,too, mike maybee due to a robbery in flint ,i think. he was shot. his grave is evergreen cemetery,so it's near my house. he died 10, 15 years ago. i can go out there and see his grave.
