Dana Delany Returning to "Desperate Housewives" for Series Finale

Katherine Mayfair is finally coming back to Wisteria Lane.
Former cast member Dana Delany, whose return was announced earlier this season, will appear in "Desperate Housewives'" series finale, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Katherine left the series at the end of Season 6 to run off to Paris with girlfriend Robin (Julie Benz).
In real life, Delany left to star on another ABC drama, "Body of Proof", which just wrapped production on Season 2.
According to TVLine, which first reported the news, Benz will not be coming along for the ride.
