But of course it is the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.The true meaning has been lost to many and watered down. And I am as guilty of that as anybody. I get so wrapped up in the secular things of the season that I too tend to forget what it's all about. It's true that we don't know the date of Jesus' birth and there are many traditions which have arisen concerning it. But that doesn't matter. Celebrating His birth whenever it was is the main focus. And I as well as anybody need to remember that! Thanks for giving me the nudge Tubehead!
