OMG, I just watched this episode a few hours ago and I didn't even get the part about the hat at the end! Hilarious! Now every time I see one of these Santa things, I'm going to start laughing hysterically and I'm sure that people are going to wonder what in the heck is so funny! Obviously they won't be Frasier fans! ;)
