Happy Father's Day to ya, and also, here's a moment for ya:
40 years today, Famed Singer/Songwriter/Musician Carol Klein better known as Carole King scored her very 1st Double Sided Hit that went all the way to #1 on the Pop & Adult Contemporary Chart called "It's Too Late" / "I Feel the Earth Move"
Those songs were featured on Carole's very 1st #1 Pop Album entitled Tapestry
This Double Sided Hit was #1 on the Pop Chart for 5 consecutive weeks and #1 on the Adult Contemporary Chart for 5 consecutive weeks as well
Carole King has also performed those songs on The Disney Channel's Going Home Concerts
Famed Latin American Singer/Songwriter Gloria Estefan did the remake of It's Too Late and Martika of TV's Kids Incorporated Fame also performed her own version of I Feel the Earth Move and her's was a Top 40 Hit on the Pop Chart peaking @ #25
The Double Sided Hit also went Gold and it earned Carole King a Grammy in 1972 for Record of the Year
