Buddy Sorrell (Dick Van Dyke) never liked Pickles mother even though they never showed her on the show, just Buddy's remarks about his mother in law suggested that he disliked her.

I don't think I've ever seen a more annoying Mother than Harriet Olsen on LHOP! (and after Nellie married Percival she was also a Mother-in-law)

What about Howard Sprague's mom on TAGS she babied him and she was annoying as hell IMHO.

Even though she was (literally!) a dinosaur, I think Grandma Ethyl (voiced by the late, great Florence Stanley) from Dinosaurs belongs on this list!!! :lol:

I dont think Billie Bird is your run of the mill stock sitcom character, she was great in Benson and Dear John as well as Sixteen Candles and many other things.
