Yep :) I remember it. In fact I perfered it over Batman. I always liked Van Williams and I also fell for the young Bruce Lee. ;)

I remember The Green Hornet. I agree with Nicholas 1228 that it was a better show than Batman. Van Williams was perfectly cast in the lead role.

Never saw the show. I did see the classic crossover episode of Batman where the Caped Crusader and Robin faced off against the Green Hornet and Kato.

But I will keep an eye and watch the marathon.

Wonder if they'll release the show on DVD since the movie's coming out...?

When the show was broadcast in Hong Kong, they called it the Kato Show, and why wouldn't they. Bruce Lee was becoming an icon even then.

My wife bought me The Green Hornet for my birthday. We have really been enjoying it. It is not nearly as campy as Batman. I remember watching it as a kid and liking it. They sold some kind of green candy in a tube that my dad got us. I highly recommend this show especially for Batman fans.
