Happy Father's day to my own father, who lived from 1902 until 1998. I had a friend who doesn't have a father. One of my grandchildren asked my how can I celebrate Father's Day if he didn't have a father?

My Father died 26 years ago (colon cancer) and in the last few months of his life he was working overtime to provide for the family.
