In the color episode " A Rose a Day", what causes friction between Clara and Joe Randolph?

If I recall the ep correctly there seem to be 2 reasons she's miffed: one-Harriet keeps getting all these roses and she asks Joe "why don't you ever send me flowers? Two, a misunderstanding develops where she thinks Joe has sent Harriet a rose(s). Of course, Ozzie is really curious JUST WHO IS SENDING HARRIET ALL THESE ROSES? He pumps the deliv. boy (actually a man) who ALWAYS has his hand out for tips - for info. At the end it turns out to be the least likely person of all (think cheepskate and not Joe). A really fun ep & I'm glad I have a complete version of it - commercials and all (cost me $9 for the ep but was worth it as a splurge)

And Claras like what are you doing ordering flowers for everybody in town! When am I gonna get mine. To which Joe replies ' You'll get your's alright!' lol
