How did you end up talking with him on the phone? :cool: My grandma (who passed in 1995) and I always enjoyed Al in those On-Cor frozen food commercials. The phones lines were open, and when I called to place my donation, I asked if I might say "hello" to him. (This was a common practice). I also spoke to Harvey Vernon, who played "Jasper" on the old "Carter Country" show.
