Tony Shalhoub unveiled his caricature in New York City at the Palm but there was something wrong with it.

If you look closely, the 'Monk' star's name is misspelled as Shaloub, without the "h."

Shalhoub is an Arabic name, and "Shaloub" apparently is an acceptable alternate spelling. I checked the IMDB website, and Tony actually has a film credit with his name spelled "Shaloub".

But I think you're right -- the artist probably misspelled Tony's name, without knowing that it can be spelled either way. I just have a hunch. :lol:

This is on the Monk board too, but I'll comment again. I've been known to misspell his name myself. I'm sure he gets that a lot!
