I want to add that I am NOT against people having sex change operations; however, I don't believe prison inmates should receive these types of treatments, especially on the taxpayers' dime.

Yup. Don't I live in such a great state? :D They cut funding for programs for adults with mental retardation, but this murderer gets his sex change and stuff.
