OMG - This was such a great question...so I had to start doing some research. the pics looked a little familiar but I couldn't quite place him. An internet search came up as he being the doctor in "the 3 faces of Florence"

He was the guy with the afro & mustache. He also played Willona's reoccurring love interest named Frank Mason in Good Times.

Yes, apparently he is the same Adam Wade who was a singer in the 60s and 70s (and now singing in the musical) according to the review. I believe he's now in his 70s.

So if he only appeared on one or two eps of 'The Jeffersons' from 25-35 years ago, does the critic really think we would remember him from that show? He wasn't exaclty a 'regular' on the show (as the critic suggested)!
