Do you remain friends with your EXs, or does it depend how the relationship ended? I'm not friends with my EXs, but I'm friendly if I see them. Two paid their respects when my sisters died. Still, no steady contact. Not for any particular reason either, just time and space keeps us apart.

I am not friend's with any of my ex's, although that wasn't the case when I got out of the Navy. A couple of them becam booty calls for awhile, but after a bit, it grew tiresome and we went our separate ways.

I agree!! To me, staying friends with an ex would also be too weird for me.

my only ex and i are best friends. i think things would be much smoother though if we had spent some time away from each other after the breakup.

Donna is still my best friend, as I usually see her a couple times a week. We started off as friends, and unless we get back together, it's always going to stay that way. She's too special to me to not associate with her. I'm also still friends with an older woman I dated before Donna named Delyla. Infact, I got a couple emails from her this morning, asking me if I could help out her friend again who's moving this week, and needs help with the move, and with fixing up his house and stuff. I said of course I'll help. Those are the only women I've dated that I'm still in contact with.

I have never really had any bad breakups. I'm a close friend with one of my ex's. He works nearby my workplace and often we go out to eat lunch together. I do keep in touch with a couple of others ex's through email, myspace and facebook.

One of my ex-boyfriend's happens to be one of my dearest friends; we were actually engaged to be married (back in 1992) but I broke up the engagement because I was too young at the time. But my other exes, I would literally run the other way if I saw them...

I only have one ex (a guy called Kieran, who I was friends with in school and we tried dating a couple of times - the first time when we were 13 and the second time when we were 15.)

We don't see each other often now but we still like one another (on a friendly basis.) He's a nice guy and I sometimes wish I saw him more often.

Lucky you. I had an interesting experience about two months ago. I went out to my regular haunt and the band was the performing that night, guess who was the lead male vocalist? Yep, some ass I dated when I was in my early 20's; he looked like utter hell and was married (I feel sorry for his wife). Anyway, I did not have a GREAT time that evening (to say the least):lol:
