So, as many people can tell, I'm really not excited about Melrose Place being remade. What's next? The Facts of Life? Small Wonder? Family Ties? Can't people come up with ANYTHING original and stop ruining my childhood memories? It's bad enough that The Neverending Story and Fame are being mutilated by modernity.

Apparently, Mischa Barton, who, believe it or not, is BELOVED in the UK, will not be joining the cast, despite rumors. Yeah, she is adored in England. When I lived out there, she was constantly on legitimate magazines. Weird. Anyway, she instead will be teaming with the new Ashton Kutcher project, A Beautiful Life, about his own past as a model from Iowa. Ugh. THIS SOUNDS SUSPICIOUSLY LIKE MODELS INC. If they all live in a house together, I'll go insane. Anyway, hilarious quote of the week from Mischa: "I play a bitchy model-type character, like, it's a totally different character for me to play." Insert joke here. Yeah, push those acting chops! You've come along way since Barfing Dead Girl in The Sixth Sense.

If ANYONE tries to remake The Golden Girls, it is on. I will not let that happen.

Yeah. I definitely liked the fact that Shannen was coming back, but that's all I liked about it. This is way worse. Also because I like MP slightly better then 90210.
