Today here in Portland it's suppose to be a high of 94, with overnight lows of 59 degrees, and clear skies. A perfect day for sweating off some lb's.

It's been 34 degrees all day and night here, unless the temperature thing on my computer desktop is busted.

Here it is December and we are still breaking heat records. It got up to 76 yesterday and I think it got close to 80 today. They say that the level of the Mississippi is so low that it will cost us up the arse for heating our homes this winter because they are having trouble hauling coal,also expect a rise in grocery prices.

A REALLY dry winter here. One day of 6 to 7 inches of snow last month, one day of maybe one inch this month. It's shaping up to be a remarkable winter. I'm not complaining...I hate shoveling and driving in snow. But the farmers need some moisture.

No snow here yet. Just wet and soggy! I think that most of the time we get Wisconsin weather . But you get more snow. By the way, My sister lives in Neillsville. Are you familiar with it? It's about 20 miles from Marshfield and about 30 or so miles south of Eau Claire. Neillsville is right on US 10. In fact my sister lives about 1 mile west of town on US 10.:)

Yup! Spring has sprung here in Michigan although in the Upper Peninsula it was still in the 30's. The weather here in mid-Michigan has been great! 70's and sunny! Perfect!:thumbsup:
