Monika, I am the same way. I love the skin, too. I also, one of the few people, that actualy perfers the dark meat over the white meat, which to me, is too dry!

Not, in our family. My father takes the extra turkey meat and makes a delicious, turkey and noodle soup with egg noodles, celery and carrots.

I like both WHITE and DARK meat of the turkey. I also like the drumsticks too. Tonight for dinner I will be having some more turkey for leftovers from yesterday.

For me it's a toss-up between the skin (I know, bad boy) and the leg. But I love being able to make cold turkey sandwiches on white bread the very next day slathering on the mayo and a side of chips. While I personally am not a huge fan of reheated turkey, I loooooove reheated stuffing and mashed potatoes. YUMMMMMYYYY!!!! And do NOT get me started on cold pumpkin and peach pies....MMMMMMM!!!!! Looks like I'd better do an extra fifteen minutes on the track when I go back to school this Monday.
