There were 2 minisodes on The Partridge Family season 3 DVD. I think I would like them if I had Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)

View Full Version : minisodes --what do you think of them? dakert 10-27-2008, 03:12 PM There were 2 minisodes on The Partridge Family season 3 DVD. I think I would like them if I had Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) Adamantium 10-27-2008, 04:31 PM I don't like them. The only ones I get excited about are the (so far 2) NewsRadio ones. And that's only because it's my favorite show and I'm curious to see what gets cut and what makes it. Of course, if they help the sales of the shows then I'm okay with them. Marvo301 10-27-2008, 08:01 PM I watched the Diffrent Strokes minisode on the Partridge Family season 3 DVD. It really bothered me that they edited Dana Plato right out of the episode. I much rather see cast interviews or featurettes as extras on a DVD rather than minisodes!!! Schmoopie 10-28-2008, 03:11 AM I feel stupid for asking but what's a minisode? Andrea repeatshistory 10-28-2008, 04:31 AM I think minisodes are fine for online viewing, but I think that they should NEVER be consider a 'special feature' on a DVD set. What a gyp. :clap :clap :clap You said it!! Robert 13 10-28-2008, 11:47 AM When I spoke to someone at Sony, he talked about it like it was the best thing since sliced bread. I think they are ironically a waste of time. Schmoopie 10-29-2008, 02:44 AM Schmoopie--a minisode is a 30/60 minute show cut down to 5 minutes Thanks... That's interesting. And also very strange. I don't see the point in a five minute show. I agree that calling them a special feature on a DVD is lame! Andrea TVFactFan 10-29-2008, 01:44 PM Thanks... That's interesting. And also very strange. I don't see the point in a five minute show. I'm always hearing the networks boast about them. robyrob 10-29-2008, 09:27 PM i think they are a steaming load of crap. ...condensed into a smaller, more convenient package. puertaazul 10-30-2008, 04:52 PM Hahah yah keeps me occupied. |
