2. Dallas has had a history of rallying around injured QB's- Steve Buerelein in 1991, Bernie Kosar in 1992, Rodney Peete and Jason Garrett in 1994.

Although Romo makes too many turnovers he does have the opportunity to bring the team back. I'm not sure Brad Johnson can do that. On the other hand maybe with Johnson as QB, some of the other players can get involved in the game instead of just trying to force it into T.O. all the time. One thing is for sure. Something is wrong with this team and I think its leadership. Maybe a month away will give Tony time to think about how to protect the ball.

I've always thought Wade Phillips was an awful head coach. When he chose Rob Johnson over Doug Flutie up in Buffalo, that told me everything I needed to know. I preferred him over Norv Turner but that's not saying much. Jerry still thinks anybody can coach his team and that's never been the case.

We play the Rams, Tampa and the Giants and then have a bye week. After that, it's the Redskins. Romo should be back for that. The problem with the Cowboys is more than just Romo. The Defense suck, special team sucks and the Head Coach sucks. lol

It's because of his turnovers. He lucked out yesterday. He should have had 2 more. I do agree though that the OL didn't give him anytime. If they don't step up than Brad Johnson is going to get killed back there.
