I'm a cheddar man myself.

This market a few doors up from my apartment where i shop at just about every day carries this sharp Irish cheddar that's great.

Some fresh Mozzerella is a favorite too.

White American, like we used to get when I lived up north. Straight from the deli. None of that pre-packaged "orange cheese"!!:puke:

I also love alot of parmesan on my pasta, and alot of mozzarella on my pizza!!

Actually, I can eat orange cheese if it's melted in a grilled cheese sandwich. Especially a grilled ham & cheese sandwich.:liplick:

When I was younger, you couldn't get me to eat anything except American cheese. Now I just eat American on burgers. These days, I like Swiss, Provalone, and Mozzarella.

I am a major cheese-o-hollic! If I had to pick favorites, I would say smoked cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan, and Munster, but I'll eat pretty much any kind of cheese. The kinds I don't like are sharp cheeses.

I love White Cheddar.

I adore Brie cheese and Goat cheese. But both are extremely high in fat content. So I stick to cheeses I like but that I can get in fat-reduced versions like Jarlsberg, Cheddar, and Provolone. But oooh man, I LOVE Brie!!!!

Vegetarian Cheese..I dont eat much dairy but when I do Cheddar.

I do like American cheese ! I can eat that not melted,but it has to be real from the deli ,not that prepackaged processed orange stuff !

I enjoy Provolone, mild cheddar and colby jack.

Tillamook sharp cheddar

I'm a cheese fanatic and I mostly eat cheese by itself with crackers but there's no way you can get me a cheeseburger because I dislike them. Anyway my perferred cheese of choice is Colby Jack cheese and I just like the string cheese varieties of cheese. My great grandmother's favorite cheese used to be sharp cheddar cheese and every time Mom had to grocery shop my great grandmother used to always request sharp cheddar cheese and if Mom brought back a different cheese if the store was out of sharp cheddar cheese my great grandmother would throw a fit and Mom and I would eat the cheese my great grandmother didn't eat. Mom and I also like the Mexican cheeses and we also eat if it's on sale Muenster cheese and we eat it on special occasions on crackers. But one cheese I'd like to try is the Babybel cheese made by The Laughing Cow

Fresh mozzarella

From traditional Italian ravioli stores such as Pastosas or Dairy Made of Brooklyn or Russo's in the East Village. There's nothing like it and probably nothing like what your local supermarket has. I make a special trip to get it freshly made that morning and get the unsalted kind. It's still warm at the store. Keep it at room temperature and get the best tomatoes and basil you can find.

Not a big fan of cheddar. We had it every week when I was a kid.

Swiss is so tasty.
