It's been three months and Jinnys suspention (sp) is finally over. Jinny walks into the S.F.P.D. happy that shes back, but sad for another reason...
CD-Hey Jin! *gives her a hug* welcome back!

Magda-Jinny your back! How have ya been? Are you over with the..you know drinking?
Jinny-As a matter of fact, yes i am. Its been three months. I was bored so i figured that i'd get my act together..for once.
Magda-Thats great!!!
CD-Yeah..i knew that you could do it...
Angela-Hey, Jinny I see that you're back!
Jinny-Yeah and im sober..3 months!
Angela-Thats wonderful!!!
Jinny-Hey, you guys...there is something that i wanna say even though you might be sick of hearing it..
CD-What? You need a drink?
Jinny-Haha im cracking up. No thats not it.. i....kinda miss Teddy...
Magda-Seriously? I had a feeling that you would sooner or later
Jinny-Well, over these past few months..ive been thinking just how much i hate myself for doing that and missing him. I know that he doesnt feel this way about me for obvious reasons but..i cant help myself!
Angela-Well, how do you know that? He might be thinking the same exact think rite this second.
*In Kate's office*
Kate-Well, I called you in today because there is a double murder commited last nite that we can't piece together and they need some ADA advice..maybe you might know something
Teddy-Um..okay i think at least i hope that i can help. Who am I with?
Kate-Um..you're with.. *switches Angela and CD's case with Jinny and Magda so Jinny and Teddy might be able to work things out.* Jinny and Magda.
Teddy-*looks happy* Well, im fine with that but will Jinny be?
Kate-Oh, yeah! I overheard Jinny talking about you.
Teddy-Really?
Kate-I wouldnt lie. And, shes been sober for 3 months so possiblities that she will pick up another man are slim to none.
Teddy-Wow..3 months..thats great.
*Kate walks out of her office with Teddy behind her.*
Kate-Jinny, Magda, you have a double murder up on 14th street..Mr. Greene and his daughter..apparently the mother and son were out. Where they were, we don't know yet. You'll be working with Teddy on this case because we need some ADA advice.
Jinny-YES!
Kate-Uh, Jinny comments to yourself please?
Jinny-Yeah, sure, sorry!
*Everyone starts to go back to work and Teddy walks over to Magda and Jinny.
Teddy-Well, i think that we should go and talk to the mother and son, first and see where they were.
Jinny-Fine with me.
Teddy-Oh, uh Jinny.. Can i-can i see you in the hall for a second?
Jinny-*perks up* sure.
*Jinny and Teddy walk out of the division into the hallway*

Teddy, Jinny and Magda walk into Anchorside and as usual, its packed. They look for a table and spot one. They sit down and order.

Teddy-So, about this case, the double murder, i dont believe the mother...she says that she was out, visiting her sick aunt that lives 40 miles away..the son was out at a friend's house, spending the nite..from wat he tells me, the mother was pretty mad at her husband because he was spending a lot of time with his daughter and he says shes been talking some pills.. i say we should get a search warrent and search the house for anything out of the ordinary.
Jinny-Yeah i agree with you. What about you Mag?
Magda-Yeah..but can we change the subject because i dont like to talk shop while eating here.
Jinny-Oh, sure! So, uh...hows Gabriel, Mag?
Magda-Oh, well he's fine...hes actually asked me to marry him...with a ring and all...

Teddy-Yeah im happy for you.
