Rich, I have all the episodes on this dvd too, but they're on different discs, so I just decided to get this one so I'd have all of them together. It was cheap, only $5.99 from discountdvd, and free shipping. $1.50 per episode is worth it to me to have them together.

It sure was! So many great DVD sets of the show have come out these last 2 yrs - its wonderful - and I hate to be greedy - but I want more!!!!

I was debating on whether to get this or not, but I'm always a sucker for Christmas movies and TV shows.....in fact I enjoy watching them more than the actual holiday itself (which tends to be on the boring side for me).

I' d have the wrapper off in a nannosecond too! (Or at least I'D WANT TOO!). I'm going to wait till it shows up @ J & R, and then I'll buy it. But since it would be such a great Xmas treat, I guess I could steel myself to wait until at least the 1st Mon. after Thanksgiving - which, at least to me, is when it starts to feel like the Xmas season.

And re Platinum, their DVD set was a little cheesy; I remember they screwed up two ep titles & seemed like they were edited down.

After seeing the Mill Creek releases, I enjoy the Platinum set less.

I opened my "Christmas With The Nelsons" today, didn't watch any yet but I find it amazing what slips by and the lack of correct info on boxart, etc. This might be a minor point but considering there are only 4 episodes on this set, you would think the synopsis of the episodes would be correct....for "The Christmas Tree Lot" it states, the boys try and sell trees from the backyard. We all know that the trees just get delivered to the backyard but the boys intention was always to rent a lot and eventually do it indoors. the episode synopsis gives the impression of a totally different episode, which might have been fun if the boys really did sell the trees from the backyard!

I can't say enough nice things abt the Mill Creek set. For the price and volume of episodes, they did an amazing job. I think I'm going to write them a nice note.

I just bought mine yesterday. I am SOOOOO tempted to open it but am thinking of saving it for Xmas day or at least Dec 1. Don't know if I'm going to hold out though:lol: 3 more eps I don't have...just lovin' it....as well as that absolutely FABU AV you have TeeVeeCloset...I think its my fav one overall on the bds!
