There are things that should be left alone. Donna and David should be married. Nate should always own the Peach Pit. Steve should always be a putz. Brenda should have a bitchy side.

I am not worried. I think it's good that they are keeping some links to the original show, even the theme song. I just don't think Jennie Garth or Shannen Doherty would sign onto something that might even slightly tarnish people's view of the original series. The previews (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7OMnqskJK8) have put any worries to rest for me.

I'm so excited to "figure" it all out, the characters and the story line. I am with you on that they shouldn't mess with the storyline. I loved the show from the past so much and I'm so happy they have decided to do the remake.

I liked that side of Brenda back then. She was nice but then she was really a "B". I loved the zingers the writers gave Shannen D. to say to people like Kelly and Steve. I am so glad that Shannen came back as a thank you to her fans...even if it is for four episodes. :(
