Kate: Your case is there is a stepfather who has had this kid which isn't really his, but his wifes. His wife died 17 years ago. The daughter is 16...17 in 3 months. She was rapped and called 911 and we got the case. She is sleeping in ur car Jinny! And..*interupted*

Jinny: WHAT!?!?!?

Kate: She has no other family. Her mother killed herself and she left her husband and 3 kids. We are tring to find them, but until then..she needed to sleep somewhere. Now u can go get her and question her and i will do more reasearch on her family. okay?

Magda: Okay, poor thing!

**Outside standing at Jinnys Car**

Jinny: She better not drowel on my car seats.

*Girl sits up. Magda opens opens the door*

Magda: *looks at her watch which says 3:09 a.m.* Um, it is morning!

**~Small room in the Division~**

Magda: So tell us what happened?

Carly: Well, he came into my room at 11:00pm and said "Take off your clothes". I didin't understand because he was my father and i loved him. He was so good to me. He then took me by the shoulders and started ripping my clothes off....u know...he raped me. He was so strong...*crying*

Jinny: What a sick bast***!

Magda: Jinny can i see you outside for a minuete?

Jinny: Sure...*looking angry*

~**Outside**~

Magda: Now Jinny we have to take this like a regular case!

Jinny: *not listen and shaking her head* Do you believe that someone whould have the nerve to do this...

Magda: Jin, this kind of thing happens all the time!

Jinny: But, this time it happened to my sister!

Magda: Jinny: Well, we will try extra hard for this case.

Jinny: That isn't enough!

Magda: Shut-up...(They here heavy footsteps)

*The door opens.*

(Carly was standing there in her huge rain boats)

Jinny: Carly what are you doing here? i told u to stay home!

Carly: I had to save u!hurry up...Howard only sleeps an hour...and we have 7 min left before he wakes up!!!

*Mag and Jin get up and Jinny falls down with Magda.*

Jin and Mag: Wooooooah!

*Get up again and walk out.*

Howard: You thought all ur problems were solved didn't u?

Jinny: Shhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiipppppp!

Carly: Oh, man!

Howard: So, whos first?

*Magda Carly and Jinny run down the hall with Howard close behind! They get to the elevator and Jinny, Magda get in Carly goes to get in and Howard grabs her and the doors shut. All the sudden there is a power outige. The elevator stops and goes dark.*

Howard: How did that happen? Perfect Bob, nice work!!!!

(Drags Carly into his apartment and opens the window. Forces her to stand on the edge)

Howard: Now jump...

Carly: *hysterical* No, please. Howard. Please. I am soooo sorry!

Howard: To late. u should have thought about that before u told the cops about me!

**~Elevator~**

(Jinny and Magda get to Howards floor and hurry into the apartment)

Carly: Please...

Magda: OMG!!!! Howard, stop this! It it crazy!

Jinny: Carly....*is pale* don't jump or move.

Howard: She doesn't have to jump...(pushes her out)
