I was worried that something might have happened. BarneyFife 08-10-2008, 11:14 PM She emailed me about a week ago - she and her family went on a vacation. Thank You catlover, i was kinda worried about her. Didn't know if her sister was having more health problems or what. Thank You! LoveMrsG 08-10-2008, 11:57 PM Well Irene, when you get back from your vacation and you see this thread, I just want to say, I hope you and yours had a wonderful time and welcome back in advance! :) LuLu Rogers 08-11-2008, 12:02 AM She did go on vacation with her family, but Irene won't be back here on the boards. The reason why is not important. I know that I will miss her greatly. LoveMrsG 08-11-2008, 12:05 AM She did go on vacation with her family, but Irene won't be back here on the boards. The reason why is not important. I know that I will miss her greatly. Aw, man! :( I'll miss her too. I wish I'd have known so I could have at least told her goodbye. She usually had some pretty funny and clever things to say. Just in case you should happen to surf back by here by any chance, Irene, Godspeed! treky 08-11-2008, 12:06 AM she won't Lauren? :( I'll miss seeing her posts! The best thing about Cathie is that she always minds her own business, and was just here to have fun. I'm going to e.m. her, and say some private sentiments there, and I hope she's just taking a breather. Whatever her decisions and reasons, I respect them. You, Irene and Sonny were very helpful to me when I was dealing with a bullying troll and I've always been very grateful for that help. Thanks Bri, for the inquiry. You wonder sometimes if anyone notices, or really cares. lol Anyway, folks, at the moment my life is still in turmoil. I am not working again at this time, and maybe it's the best in some respects. I'm undergoing treatment for a brain tumour. The first two blasts of radiation (stereotactical - which means its focused directly on the area of the tumour rather than all over the brain) didn't take all that much, so I just finished ten more (not stereotactical tho). I've felt like Jacques Plant at times. (reference to the stupid mask). Pardon me if I don't get on much, or can respond right away. I have to do everything in very short bursts of energy since I'm totally zapped of it. I'm dropping weight daily, and am also in the middle of moving. The nausea hasn't been fun, smells get to me, and since the last round of radiation, I have a slight tremor in my right hand. Oh yah, and my skin has been peeling off my fingertips (stupid me used nail polish remover during treatment and shouldn't be touching chemicals at all). Now it's also started on my face. hehe - other than that, I'm in great shape!!! Bri - I never heard the results of your daughter's MRI - I hope they were good (you don't want to necessarily say "positive" when talking med results). (I might forget what I ate for breakfast but I do remember that issue for you). Theda Bara 08-24-2008, 12:42 AM Just popping in quickly guys as I tire quite easily these days.
