Here is Another Fan-Fiction I have been working on.

Engagement: Every Moment
Series 1,Story 4

**Jinny's Car**
Magda and Jinny are stopped at a red light on their way back to the station from lunch. Both Laughing at what the bumper sticker on the car in front of them reads, " Men are proof that women have a sense of humor." Laughing Jin says, "I've never seen that one before!!" Magda laughing aswell shakes her head, "Me either." A message comes over the dispatch radio," *Resites some numbers* O'Conner Law Offices" Both woman stop laughing when they hear the words, "O'Conner Law Offices." Jinny looks at Magda frightened, "You think-" as she tightens her grip on the stearing wheel. Magda looks at her watch then to Jinny and says, "Let's go check it out,Jin." knowing Jinny is worried. Jinny nods and pulls out of the lane she's in. Puts the viser down revealing the police lights and turns them on. She makes sure it's clear to make a U-Turn and then does. She's now heading toward the direction of the law offices. Magda's phone rings. "Ramirez" she answers. "On our way there now. Yes,Captain. Okay,See ya there." Magda hangs up. "Captains meeting us there." Magda says looking over to Jinny. Jinny just nods keeping her eyes steadly on the road.

**C.D. & Angela**
Both Inspector's walk through a Bar. They arrive at the hallway that leads to the Restrooms. Which is bound by Yellow Police Tape. They lifts it up and go underneith it to the other side,and walks toward the Men's Restroom. "Hey Inspectors." Steven says looking up from the Dead body of a man that he is hovering over. "Hey" Angela says. "Hey Steven, What do ya got?" C.D. asks looking from Steven to the man lying on the ground. "Uh Jack Balbadero 37. Stabbed at the base of the spine. Causing him to be paralized. Looks like that didn't stop whome ever did this to him. Because after that he was beaten up until the last breath left his body. " Steven says pointing to the bruises and blood over the man's body. C.D. nods, "How long?" Steven looks at his notepad, "Around 9:00-10:30 this morning." "Okay,Thanks Steven." C.D. says as she and Angela walk toward an Officer on the scene. "Who found him?" Angela asks. The officer points to the left of him to a man sitting on a bench in the hallway and says," George Prestoff." Angela and C.D. looks over to the man,"Thanks" C.D. says as she and Angela walk toward the man.

Should I go On? (I have a lot more Written Actually..lol)

**O'Conner Law Offices**
The building is on fire. Jinny pulls up into the parking lot. Both Inspectors get out of the car. "Oh my God." Magda says to herself as she closes the car door. Jinny looks around for Theodore. She doesn't see him. Jinny runs to one of the nearest Firefighters on the scene. She flashes her badge to him. "What's going on? Anyone still inside?" Jinny asks hopeful that no one will be. The Firefighter nods. "Yes,We estimate there is around 5 people still inside. Over there are the people who have gotten out. So far." the man says pointing over at an Ambulance with a few people sitting at the back of it. "Thanks" Jinny runs over to the Ambulance. "Hello, I'm Inspector Jinny Exstead. Do any of you know Theodore Blumenthal?" A woman looks at Jinny, "Yes I know him. I work in the Office aswell." she reply's. "Great. Do you know where he is? Have you seen him today?" Jinny asks. The woman nods,"Yeah,actually I did. I seen him when he came to work this morning. He past by my desk on the way to his office like every morning." "Okay? Was he in the building when it caught on fire? Did he get out?" Jinny asks looking around some more. "No um the last time I seen him he was in the Building. About 5 minutes before the Alarm went off. He asked me if I had received a fax yet." The Woman says. "Okay thanks." Jinny walks alittle away from the ambulance. Then stops. She closes her eyes for a moment then brushes away a tear,and takes a deep breath. She feels a hand touch her shoulder. Jinny opens her eyes and looks. The woman she had just been talking to was standing beside her. "Did you say your name was Jinny?" "Yes" Jinny nods and runs her finger underneith her eye. "So you're the one." The lady smiles. "I don't know what you're talking about." Jinny reply's. "You're the one Theodore is always mentioning." the Woman says putting out her hand. "Penny Jacob. I work in the office. I hope it helps you to know he is always talking about you." A slight smiles come over Jinny's face as tears come steaming down her face as she nods. The woman puts her hand on Jinny's back. "I'll leave you be,Jinny. Nice meeting you. I wish it could have been under better circumstances." the lady says and she walks away. Jinny wipes her face and walks closer to the Fire Engines. Just then some firefighters come out of the burning building helping three people out. None which was Theodore.

**Station**
C.D. and Angela are sitting at there Desks across from eachother. Angela is on the computer typing up the information they collected earlier. C.D. looks up from their file to Angela. "Steven estimates this happened around 9:00-10:30 this morning. We have three people who tried to use the restroom and couldn't get in. None could give us an exact time." C.D. says as she leans back. "Someone would have had to see the person who did this exit the restroom." she adds. "But Who? and What was there motive?" Angela says shaking her head still typing. C.D.'s phone rings, "De Lorenzo" she answers. "Uh-huh. I see. Edward Hanson?" C.D. nods and writes some stuff down. "Okay. Thanks a lot. Bye."she hangs up the telephone. Angela looks up,"What was that?" "Looks like our murdered was sloppy. Some fibers were found on the victim. Matching" looks at the notepad. "Edward Hanson." C.D. says glancing back at Angela.

**O' Conner Law Offices**
Two officers open an enterance so a car can pass through. The Car stops and Captain gets out. She spots Jinny and walks over. "Hey Jinny." she says. "Oh Hi." Jinny says wiping away her tears real fast. "You Okay?" Captain asks. Jinny shakes her head as puts her hand to her face covering her eyes. As she trys and hide the tears. Cap puts her hand on Jinny's back. "Jinny everything-" Captain begins to say. Jinny throws her hand down and begins walking closer toward the fire engines. "Jinny what are you doing?" Kate says hurrying after her. "I have to find him." Jinny says seriously as she still is walking. Kate catches up and grabs ahold of Jinny's arm. "Are you crazy? You can't go in there." Jinny stops and looks at her Captain. "I-" Jinny exhales and thinks for a moment. "I know." she says as she looks toward the ground and tears begin to flow once again.

**C.D. and Angela**
C.D. and Angela walk into the room and closes the door behind them. "Hello, Edward." Angela says looking into the file. "I'm Inspector Reide. This is my Partner Inspector De Lorenzo. We'd like to ask you some questions." "Yeah,Okay. Shoot." Edward says leaning back in his chair and glances at his lawyer. C.D. sits down across from Edward. "Where were you this morning between 8:00 -10:00?" "I was.....uh, on the other side of town. Visiting my parents." Hanson says. "We'll have to validate that." C.D. says. "Do you know someone by the name of Jack Balbadero?" Angela says walking over toward the Table. "Jack Balbadero?" Edwards asks. "Yes" C.D. says. "I don't recall." Edward comments. "We'll be right back." C.D. says standing up and walking to the door with her partner.

AHHHH!!!!! Poor teddy! Oh who gives a ****, write more please!?!?

**O'Conner Law Offices**
Magda walks over to Jinny who was leaning against the car still watching the building hopeful. "Hey Jin. Are you okay?" Magda asks. "Well what do you think?" Jinny looks at Magda. "I'm sorry. Jinny." Magda reply's. "No I'm just really on edge. I mean. I don't even know well you know." Jinny's voice drifts off. "I know." Magda says standing beside Jinny. Two Firefighters walk out of the building carrying a woman. Jinny looks at the building then to the ground. Magda still watching the building sees someone walking inside the building building through the smoke. "Jinny" she says excited. Jinny looks up and to the building. She sees the figure walking in the thick smoke. The person walks out coughing. Jinny says running toward him. A Firefighter steps out. "Sorry Ma'am You can't go any closer." "Listen Pal. I'm a police officer" Jinny says taking out her badge. The Firefighter looks at her, "I'm sorry" Theodore sees Jinny and limps toward her. They meet and hug , Theodore kisses the top of her head. "I-I didn't know" Jinny begins to say. Theodore puts his finger to her lip and says, "I know" and kisses her. They break of the kiss. "Don't ever do that to me again. You got that?" Jinny says. Jinny reaches up and runs her hand across his cheek smearing the soot and smiles at him. "All I could think about was to get out. I couldn't give up. I couldn't give up on us." Theodore says. "I finally got my chance. I can't forget that." He says running his hand down her arm. Jinny smiles at him and looks down for a second then back at him, "What is that? Are you okay?" Jinny says refuring to the burn on the side of his leg. "Yeah, It's just uh alittle burn. I'll be fine"

**C.D. & Angela**
C.D. is looking through the window into the room where Edward is sitting. Angela comes down the hallway. "His alibi check out?" Angela shakes her head, "Nope. His parents said they haven't spoken more less seen him for over 3 weeks." C.D. nods and looks back into the room. "So how are we goin' to play this?" Angela asks. "Give him the facts and scare him." C.D. says with a smirk walking toward the door.

YAY!!! Teddy didn't die!!! This is really good....post more.

**O'Conner Law Offices**
Captain walks over to Magda. "Hey" she says. "Hey Cap" Magda says. "Where's Jinny?" Captain asks. With a smile lifts her hand up points to Jinny and Theodore by the fire engine and drops her arm again. Kate looks over and she nods with a slight smile. Right then there is a big crash as the roof of O' Conner Law Office comes collapsing down. Jinny and Theodore both look. "My god." Theodore says looks back at Jinny. The Fire chief comes over, "You two should move back some,and You young Man. Are very lucky. We anticipated that roof to cave in 5 minutes ago." He says as he walks off. "Close Call." Theodore says to himself. "Too close." Jinny says with her arm around Theodore as they begin to walk toward Captain and Magda. "Hey Teddy" Magda says. "Hey" he says after he coughs. "Hey Theodore. You okay?" Cap asks. "Yeah." Theodore says. "Teddy,shouldn't you see a doctor?" Magda asks. "Yeah,but first I'd really like to catch this guy." Theodore reply's. Jinny looks at him,"What?" "This fire didn't just happen. *coughs* Someone set it." Theodore says. "Do you think you could identify him?" Captain asks. "Yeah,sure. I recognized him he was in the other day talking to Allen." Teddy explains. " O'Conner?" Cap asks. "Yeah." Theodore says nodding.

**Station**
Angela typing on the computer looks up at C.D. "Did you see Edwards face? It was like he had no sympathy what so ever." Angela comments. "Some people are like that. Don't give a damn about anyone besides themself. Selfish." C.D. looks down at her desk. Trying to change the subject Angela asks, "How do you think everything is doing down at the law offices?" "Well hopefully everything turns out for the better." C.D. says looking back at Angela.
Then Captain pushes the Division door open and walks through. Following is Theodore,Magda,and Jinny. "Hey Theodore" C.D. says. "You okay?" Angela asks. "Hey, Yeah I'll be fine" Theodore says sitting in a chair Jinny rolled to the side of her desk. Jinny sits down aswell. Magda does the same and slides over to Jinny's desk. Captain walks to her office then comes back out and stands near Jinny's desk. Magda hands Jinny an empty folder. Jinny begins to fill it out when Captain asks, "So did this man have any motive to start this fire?" Teddy shakes his head, "I really don't know. You'd have to ask Allen. He was the one who had worked with him the other day. I just recognized him." Magda, "Wait you seen the guy start the fire?" Jinny looks over to Theodore. "Yeah I did. I remember I walked out of my office and saw something I thought was water on the floor leading around the hall. So I followed the line and when i got around the corner I saw the guy from the other day bend down and toss a match to it." Theodore coughs, "Then a line of fire came toward me in a flash and I hardly got out of the way of it. " Theodore looks down at his leg. "That's how I got burned." "Theodore, I'm going to hook you up with a sketch artist and see what you can work out." Captain comments as she walks into her office. Theodore just nods.

**That Night- C.D., Angela & Cap**
C.D. sits back in her chair and takes a sip of her beer,"Close call today,huh,Cap?" she says. "Yeah, Luckly Theodore got a glimpes of the person who did it. So hopefully he will be able to positively identify him" Kate reply's as she looks at C.D. "but Isn't arson usually about revenge?" Angela asks. C.D. and Captain nods. "Yeah and since he worked with Allen. I will have to wait until Allen gets back next week from that case in Washington to get a name on him. No use of asking over the phone." Captain says. "True" Angela says.

**Jinny Driving Magda Home**
Jinny is stopped at a stop light. She looks back to the back seat where Theodore is. He had refused to sit up front until after Magda had got to her house. "Are you okay,Teddy?" Jinny asks looking in her review mirror at Theodore. "Yeah,I'll be fine Jinny." Theodore says as he coughs once again. "Uh-huh. Okay,Theodore. Whatever you say. We're almost to Mag's house anyway." Jinny says pulling away from the light once it turned green. She leans over and turns on the radio ,but turns the volume down low. Finally they arrive at Magda's place. The car lights shine onto Magda's apartment building as Jinny turns into the parking lot. Ben pulls the curtains back and waves at Jinny from the window. When Magda opens the door to the car the light in the car turns on and Jinny waves back to Ben. Mag gets out leans back in "Bye Jin. See you tomorrow. Thanks for the ride." "Anytime,Mag. Tell Ben hi ." Jinny says. Theodore opens his car door and gets out aswell. "Bye Teddy." Magda says. "Bye Magda" Theodore says as he closes his door then gets into the front seat where Magda was sitting. Magda waves then walks to the building door and goes inside. Both Jinny and Theodore wave one last time at Ben and Theodore closes the car door shutting off the light inside the car. "Guess it's just you and me." Jinny says with a smile starting the car back up and leaves the parking lot.

**Magda's Places**
Magda gets to the door and reaches in her pocket for her keys. Ben hears her at the door and unlocks it and opens it. "Hey Honey." Magda says when Ben opens the door. "How was your day?" She asks as she walks in and puts her stuff down. Ben shuts the door ,"It was okay." he reply's. Magda gives him a look as she turns around, "Just okay?" Ben nods,"Yeah." "Want to talk about it tonight after dinner?" Magda asks. "Okay" Ben says to his mom as he plops down on the floor in front of the television. "Whatcha watching Benjamin?" she asks. "Some cartoons" Ben says as he looks up at his mom. "Oh okay. Where's grandma?" Mag asks. "In the bedroom." Ben says. "Thanks Sweetie." Magda says walking into the hallway toward her room. She gets to her door and looks in. Her mother is sitting on the bed looking through a photo album, "Hey Mama. " Magda says walking toward her mother and sits beside her on the bed and looks over to the photo album. Her mother brings it close to Magda so she can see aswell. Magda laughs alittle and points to a picture of Ben when he was about 2 with icecream all over his face, "Look at Benjamin. I remember that I had to take him outside and set him on a sheet in the yard because he was getting icecream every where." she laughs. "Yeah and look at this one Magda." her mother says pointing to a picture of Magda giving Ben his first haircut. "Yeah" Magda says with a smile.

**Hospital**
Jinny and Theodore both walk up to the Emergency Room doors and they slide open. They walks through up to the receptionist. "May I help you?" she asks. "Yes in a matter of fact you can. This man right here was in a fire earlier this evening. He's been down at the San Francisco Police Department might I add it where I work." Jinny takes out her badge and shows her it."Anyway he's been there for the last couple hours trying to identify the person who Started that fire. So I'd appreciate it if he could get a doctor quickly." Jinny says to the woman. "Yeah, okay. Just fill out these Forms." the Receptionist says handing Jin a clip board with a few pages of forms on it. "Fine." Jinny says taking the clip board and walking slowly with Theodore to two vacant Seats. They both sit and Theodore fills out the forms. Jinny looks around the ER at some of the people sitting in the chairs around them in the waiting room. She leans over and looks at Theodore's form, "What's the "J" stand for?" Jinny asks. Theodore looks over to her," What?" he asks. Jinny points to the "J" in the middle initial box. "What's the "J" stand for?" she asks. Teddy looks back down at his form, "Oh Johnathan is my middle name." "Hm, I never knew that." Jinny smiles. "You like it?" he asks before returning to filling the forms out. "Yeah I do." She nods with a smile.

**Captain's House**
Kate drives up into her driveway. Parks and gets out of the car. The breeze blows gently making her windchimes dance and chime. She makes her way to the door and opens it up with her key. Takes a couple steps into her house,reaches over and turns on a light. Then closes the door behind her and puts her stuff down on a nearby chair. Walks into the kitchen and starts a pot of coffee. Her phone rings she leans over and picks it up off of the kitchen counter where she left it on her way out that morning. "Hello...Hey Sweetie." she smiles as she watches her coffee pot fill. "How was your day? Oh Amanda that's great. You know how much I wanted you to go back." Kate says reaching up to grab a fresh coffee mug. "Uh-huh. Amanda sweetie. I'm really proud of you. So what courses you taking?" Kate asks her daughter as she pours herself a cup of coffee and heads into the living room . She turns on a light near the sofa and sits down. "Good choices. Yeah, I'm sure you will be happy with those choices. Uh-huh. Okay . Talk to you later. Bye " Kates hangs up the phone and sits it on the table beside the couch. She takes a sip of her coffee and picks up her glasses from the side table. Puts her coffee cup down and picks up her book and begins to read.

**Hospital**
Jinny and Theodore are still sitting in the same places they were when they first sat down. Long since they turned in the forms. A nurse comes out and says ,"Derek Jacobs." "Right here." the man says getting up. When he walks by Jinny and Theodore he accidently bumps into Theodore's leg making Teddy wince in pain. "Eh Watch it ,Pal." Jinny says looking angrily at the man passing by. "Sorry" they man says leaving the room following the nurse. "Yeah , I bet you are" Jinny says sarcastically in a low voice. "Jinny it's okay." Theodore says putting his hand on her leg. "He should have watched where he was going." Jinny says softening her tone to Theodore. She puts her hand on his. "This is ridiculous." Jinny says looking around the waiting room annoyed. Then looks back at the receptionist on the phone. "I'll be right back." Jinny says slowly getting up and walking over to the receptionist. "Excuse me." Jinny says getting to the desk. "Wait a minute." The receptionist says to the person on the phone then covering the mouth peice . "Uh-huh?" the Receptionist says looking over to Jinny. "Listen, We've been here for over two hours and still haven't been seen by a doctor." Jinny says. Then looks back at Theodore and leans in, "If he doesn't get seen by a doctor in the next 15 minutes. I'm going to file a complaint on this hospital. So I'm sure it would be in the hospitals best interest to have him Seen A.S.A.P., You got that?" Jinny says looking straight at the receptionist then turns around and walks back to her seat. "I have to go" the receptionist says to the person on the phone. Five minutes go by and a nurse comes out, "Theodore Blumenthal." "That's me." Jinny stands up and helps Theodore onto his feet. "There ya go." Jinny says in a very low voice. "Thanks Jinny." Theodore says as Jinny let's go of him after he is up on his feet. He reaches for her and grabs her hand. "Come on." he says with a smile to Jinny as he limps toward the nurse.

**Angela's House**
Angela sitting on her bed in a purple night gown reading through some pages of the "Criminal Prosedures" Book she looks up when her husband enters the room. "Hey Dan" she says. "Hey Angie. How are you feeling?" Daniel asks walking to his side of the bed and lying beside his wife. "I'm feeling fine. The mornings are what get me." Angela laughs alittle and puts her hand on her stomach. "It's for a good cause." Daniel jokes. "Yeah it is." Angela reply's. Daniel kisses her and she lies the book down beside her.

**Jinny's House**
Theodore and Jinny walk down the hall to her apartment. When they arrive at the door Jinny puts her hand in her coat pocket and fumbles around for her keys. She gets her keys and unlocks the door. "Well here we are." Jinny says opening the door and walking into the dark apartment only lit by the light of the moon coming through the window. She drops her bag under the coat hooks near the door. Theodore closes the door behind him as he walks into the apartment. Jinny leans over to turn on the light on the small desk by the door. Theodore reaches his hand out and puts it on Jinny's arm that is reaching up to the lamps string. Jinny turns her head to look at Theodore then stands back up without turning the light on. Jinny laughs softly, "What Teddy?" she asks. "Jinny, Thank you." he says softly to her in the moonlight. "For what?" her voice softens. "For being there. For caring. I love you. I knew I had to get out of that fire so I could tell you that so you know how much you mean to me." He says steping forward closer toward her. "I love you too." Jinny says stepping toward Theodore and putting her arms around him. "I couldn't think of losing you. Not even for a second." She says more quietly to him.

HAHAH!! My brothers name is Derek... HAHAH!!!! You HAVE too write more please!!!!!

**The Next Morning**
The sun begins to shine through the blinds into Jinny's eyes. She rolls over and puts her pillow over her face. Now on her side she exstends her arm out expecting to feel Theodore beside her. Instead all she felt were the sheets. She slowly removes the pillow off her head and opens her eyes a bit and looks to where Theodore slept. He wasn't there. She rolls back over and sits up,and runs her hand over her forehead. Jinny turns to get out of bed. Theodore walks in, "Ah ah don't get up." he says with a smile. Jinny looks at him, laughs alittle,and moves her hair out of her face. "Why not,Teddy? You know I "Yes, I know ,but You don't have to be there for another hour and a half." he says walking toward the bed motioning for her to get back in She gets back in and scoots over. Teddy sits beside her, leans against the headboard , and puts his arm around her. Jinny rests her head on his shoulder. They sit for several minutes just enjoying eachothers company. "There is on more thing to make this moment even better." Theodore says getting up. "Like what?" Jinny asks. "You'll see." Teddy says as he walks out of the room. Jinny smiles as she watches him leave then looks down at her hands resting on the blanket across her. She then hears Theodore coming back down the hall and looks up just in time to see him enter the room with a tray in his hands. Jinny looks surprised as he walks in. Theodore walks to the side of her bed and sits the tray in front of them on the bed. He reaches down to the tray and picks up a small gift box. Jinny smiles at him, "What's that Theodore?" With that Teddy hands her the velvet gift box bound with a small white ribbon. Jinny takes the box. She unties the ribbon slowly and sits it in her lap. Then opens the box slowly exposing a diamond engagement ring with a white rose pedal rolled up going through the finger opening. Speechless Jinny looks from the ring to Theodore. A smile slowly grows across his face as he takes the small box from her. Then puts his other hand out. Jin looks at his hand and places her on it. "Come on." Teddy says is a slow voice. Jinny nods and uncovers her legs ,turns to the side ,and puts her feet on the ground. "Right there." Theodore says as he gets down on his knee below Jinny. Looking into her eyes he says, "Jinny, I love You. I've known that for awhile. When I was in that burning building the other day. All I could think about was losing you. I knew I had to get out. I can't bear to lose you. With that I'd like to ask, Jinny would you give me the honor of marrying me? I love You. It's only my hopes you feel that same." Jinny still looking at him speechless. Sits a minute to actually let what he just said sink in. Theodore still on his knee looks at Jinny uneasily. Shaking her head she looks directly at Teddy and says, "I love you too. This is all just so sudden. I really never pictured myself ever getting married. To have someone care more me enough-" her voice drifts off as she looks down still shaking her head. A tear rolls down her cheek. "I just don't know" she says wiping it away. Theodore gets up very fast and sits next to her on the bed. He slowly puts a arm around her. Teddy takes a breath and says, "Jinny, It's okay, I understand. Take as much time as you need. I never meant for it to make you cry. I'm sorry. It must have been the timing. I uh really am sorry. Better yet. Pretend like this never happened. You don't have to answer. We can go on like this had never happened. Okay? Would that make you feel better?" Theodore reaches over and puts his other hand on her arm. "Theodore, it wasn't the timing. It isn't you. I just don't know." she says shaking her head slowly. "Jinny,It's okay. This never happened,Ok? " He kisses her forehead and looks at his watch. "Well I um better get to work. They transfered us to the Station. So it's an extra 5 minute drive from here. I'll see you later,Okay?" Theodore says. Jinny nods. Teddy gets up , slowly leaves the room he walks into the Living room and grabs his breif case off the table. Opens the door ,walks out and begins to close it when he hears Jinny say, "Wait" as she comes into the living room. He opens back up the door and looks at her. She leans up and pecks his lips. "I'll see you later" she smiles and wipes away the remaining tear.

Jinny is sitting at her desk glancing through some paper work. Magda walks through the door. Jinny looks up to see who just came in, "Hey Mag" Jinny says then looking back down to her papers. "Hey Jinny. How's Theodore?" Magda asks putting her stuff down on her desk. Jinny looks back around and grins at Magda. "Ooh really Jin? Magda says walking over to Jinny's desk smiling. Magda sits on the side of the desk. "So?" Magda says looking down at Jinny. "What Mag?" Jinny laughs. "You know what I'm talking about,Jinny." Magda says with a smile and folds her arms, "Why you so cheery this morning?" she asks. "Well." Jinny says with a smile. "Spill it Jin." Magda laughs. "Theodore proposed this morning." Jinny says all in one breath. "Oh wow. Big step." Magda says. Jinny looks at Magda and nods. "I know." "What did you say?" Magda asks. "I said I don't know." Jinny says looking back down to her papers. "Oh?" Magda asks. "Well whatever you do ,Jinny. I wish you luck." Magda says getting up from Jinny's desk knowing Jinny has to work it out herself. A short time goes by. Jinny looks around the station then says, "I'm going to do it." under her breath. Magda hears her and looks over from writing,but doesn't say anything. Jinny reaches out for the phone and dials Theodore's cell number. Jinny puts her hand up and moves her hair out of her face listening to the ring. Waiting for Theodore to pick up.
**Downstairs**
Theodore is talking to a secretary in the other room. "I'll be right back" he says and goes to his breif case in the other room. Reaches in and picks up his cell phone and answers, "Hello?"
**Division**
"Hey,Teddy." Jinny says with a smile fiddling with her pen.
**Downstairs**
"Hey Jinny. How are you?" Theodore asks sitting down in a chair.
**Division**
"I'm really good. Teddy look." Jinny begins to say but gets cut off by Theodore.
**Downstairs**
"Jinny about this morning. I'm -" Theodore begins to say but gets cut off.
**Division**
Jinny puts her pen down and says,"Yes."
**Downstairs**
"What? Did uh you just -" Theodore says before he gets interupted again.
**Division**
"Yes,Theodore,Yes." Jinny says with a smile.
**Downstairs**
Theodore drops his phone. Then goes to pick it up,but decides to go upstairs instead.
**Division**
Jinny hears a loud clunk on the phone. "Hello? Teddy? Teddy are you there?" Jinny hangs up the phone and stands up. "Can you cover for me for a sec,Mag?" Jinny asks. "Sure Jinny,What for?" "Thanks, I'll tell you when I get back" Jinny says heading out the door. Jinny exits the Division and goes down the hall ,turns and sees Theodore coming her direction. "Theodore what are you doing here?" Jinny says with a smile still walking toward him. "I had to see you,Jinny." He says meeting her in the hall and hugs her. "You said yes" he says still surprised. Jinny laughs, "Yeah,I did. Theodore I love you. Sorry it took me so long." she says. "I would have waited as long as you needed." Theodore says still hugging her. He lets go of her and they kiss right there in the middle of the Station hall.
