Stupid me didn't close the camera for 5 months and I'm wondering is that why when I take a snapsot it comes out FUZZY and not CLEAR like it did when I first bought it.


How can I get rid of the FUZZY LOOK

I don't know how to uninstall it and not only that I don't think I know where the Disc is I used to install it

go to control panel, click on "add and remove software"...look for your webcam software, click on the add/remove button....restart computer.

to reinstall the software and driver, find out the make and model, go to the manufacturer's website and download the newest version of the software.
